I do not file taxes. Is there a way for TDS to not get deducted from the FD?

As of now, we do not have a solution where you can file for non-deduction of TDS. Some banks allow the filling of forms 15G/ 15H. However, as of now, we do not have the functionality. The TDS is only deducted if the total interest from all sources with the bank exceeds Rs 40000 for a normal citizen and Rs 50000 for a senior citizen.
