What is Pharma Index?
The Nifty Pharma index consists of the top 20 <a href="https://www.venturasecurities.com/invest/stocks/sectors/pharma">pharmaceutical stocks</a>. Each stock has a different weightage in the Pharma index, thus having a varied impact.
