qualification and has been instrumental in the development of the online platform “POINTER”, the mobile app and other digital initiatives of the Group.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Juzer Gabajiwala heads the HR and operations functions at Ventura. He initiated the launch of the alternate products platforms for mutual fund distribution and fixed income. He also spearheaded the wealth management and NRI cell. Prior to joining Ventura, he has been associated with the IIT group and the TATA group.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Works Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Security Manager, Sriram S has been a founder and co-promoter at many successful enterprises over the past two and a half decades. He has been powering Ventura’s technology transformation drive since 2021.

Manu Monga has over two decades of varied experience which spans from key roles at some of the largest BFSI companies to setting up a start-up. His work portfolio consists of launching an online travel platform, setting up a digital transformation vertical and growth marketing in companies like Axis Bank, musafir.com, ICICI Prudentials and Spice Telecom.

A chartered accountant by qualification, Sajid Malik is also the Promoter and Managing Director of Genesys International, a company with a focus on GIS mapping and engineering designing services, listed on the NSE and BSE.

Ganapathy Vishwanathan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, the Cost and Works Accountants of India and has also passed the final examinations of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India. He has been an investment banker and was an early entrant in the emerging capital markets in India around three decades ago. He has been with the Ventura Group almost since
inception.

Prabh Singh is a consumer tech leader with experience at Flipkart, Hotstar, Google, and Hindustan Unilever. At Flipkart, he led growth, marketing, and monetization, including a nearly $1B ads business. He scaled Hotstar’s subscriptions from under 1M to 40M and launched Disney+ in India and Indonesia. He also drove digital transformation for global brands at Google. Prabh is also an angel investor, startup mentor, and was named among Economic Times’ ‘40 under 40’. He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow. This year he joined the Board of Ventura Securities Limited as an Independent Director.

Sitaram Ramakrishnan holds a Master of Commerce degree and brings with him nearly four decades of distinguished public service. He served in the Revenue Department, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, for 38 years, from 1984 to 2022, where he gained deep and wide-ranging expertise in taxation and public finance administration. Since April 2023, he has been serving as President – Corporate Affairs at Swan Energy Limited, where he continues to bring his extensive governmental and regulatory experience to the corporate sector.

He is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in technology, telecommunications, business development, consulting and strategic management. He has held senior management positions with organisations including Reliance Infocomm Ltd., Reliance InfoSolutions Ltd., Rolta India Ltd. and Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. He has extensive experience as a Director, Independent Director and business advisor across various organisations. His expertise includes technology solutions, business development, operations, strategic planning and corporate management. He is presently associated with various organisations in directorial, advisory and executive capacities.
