For a rights issue, payments are typically made using the Applications Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) facility, which can be done through online banking or by submitting a physical form at a Self-Certified Syndicate Bank (SCSB), UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or Registrar's web-based application platform (R-WAP).
