How to convert physical share certificates into demat form?

To convert physical share certificates into dematerialised form, submit the original certificates along with a duly filled Dematerialisation Request Form (DRF) to your Depository Participant (DP). After verification by the depository and the issuing company, the physical certificates are cancelled, and the equivalent shares are credited to your Demat account.
