Avalon Technologies

Avalon Technologies could remain in focus after promoter groups Bhaskar Srinivasan, BBS Family Trust and KBS Family Trust are likely to sell up to a 6% stake through block deals. The offer size is pegged at ₹861.9 crore, with an indicative price range of ₹2,150–₹2,302 per share.

Power Mech Projects and KSB

Power Mech Projects has secured an order worth ₹549.37 crore from Adani Group for complete operation and maintenance services at the 2x600 MW Moxie Power Generation Tuticorin TPP.

KSB has received an export order worth up to ₹118 crore from Dangote Projects Free Zone Enterprise for the supply of a boiler feed pump package, strengthening its international order book.

Ganesh Benzoplast and ArisInfra Solutions

Ganesh Benzoplast has signed agreements to sell its liquid storage tank and railway network businesses to Cisternina Logistics for ₹1,154 crore.

ArisInfra Solutions’ subsidiary Arisunitern RE Solutions has secured a DaaS services order for Transcon UNO, a residential project in Mumbai with an estimated gross development value of ₹400 crore.

Endurance Technologies and NLC India

Endurance Technologies’ Italian subsidiary has agreed to acquire the remaining 32% stake in Stoferle Automotive GmbH and Stoferle GmbH for €18 million.

NLC India has incorporated a joint venture with NALCO, with equal equity participation, to develop a 1,080 MW thermal captive power plant in phases.

Ramco Cements and Prestige Estates

Ramco Cements has completed capacity expansion and de-bottlenecking at its Jayanthipuram works. Clinkerisation capacity increased from 4.61 MTPA to 5.62 MTPA, while cement grinding capacity rose from 3.65 MTPA to 4.38 MTPA.

Prestige Estates Projects has completed two Hyderabad residential projects comprising 1,047 homes. Separately, CPP Investments will invest ₹3,000 crore in Prestige Hospitality Ventures for an approximately 27% stake.

STL Networks and JSW Cement

STL Networks has emerged as the L1 bidder for a ₹249.8 crore RailTel order for cloud infrastructure deployment at its Data Center and Disaster Recovery Site.

JSW Cement’s board has approved the amalgamation of Shiva Cement with the company, aimed at creating a unified cement platform and unlocking operational, financial and management synergies.

Tata Steel, Britannia Industries and Allcargo Logistics

Tata Steel has acquired 393.51 crore equity shares in T Steel Holdings for $340 million (₹3,260.32 crore), with the subsidiary continuing to remain wholly owned.

Britannia Industries has appointed N Venkataraman as Deputy Managing Director and Ramamurthy Jayaraman as CFO, both effective October 1.

Allcargo Logistics has appointed Vijay Nehra as Chief Transformation Officer and Managing Director Designate. He will assume the MD and CEO role from January 1, 2027, following Ketan Kulkarni’s resignation from the position.

SBI Funds Management

SBI Funds Management has appointed Amol Joshi as CFO effective October 1, following the retirement of Inderjeet Ghuliani.
