About the Company

 

Endurance Technologies Limited is a leading automotive component manufacturer with integrated design, development and manufacturing capabilities. Established in 1985 with two aluminium die-casting machines, the Company has steadily expanded into suspension, braking, transmission, embedded electronics and aluminium forging, serving leading OEMs in India and Europe. It now operates 33 manufacturing facilities globally, with 19 plants in India and 14 in Europe, and maintains a significant aftermarket presence across 39 countries. European operations primarily focus on aluminium die-casting components, while Indian operations span aluminium die-casting, suspension, transmission, braking systems and embedded electronics. The Company’s vision is to be a complete solutions provider with a global footprint, anchored in technology, product reliability, sustainability and safety.

 

Endurance serves the two-wheeler, three-wheeler and four-wheeler segments, offering end-to-end solutions from design and testing to manufacture and aftermarket support. Its facilities are positioned close to key OEM locations for quick response and on-time delivery, supported by five DSIR-approved R&D centres in India, two technology centres in Europe and a 29‑acre test track in Maharashtra.

 

As at March 31, 2025, Endurance had 10 subsidiaries—nine overseas and one in India. Recent decades have seen a series of strategic milestones, including entry into suspension (1996) and transmission (1998), the launch of disc brakes (2005), international acquisitions in Italy and Germany, and the commissioning of a proving ground in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
