Arisinfra Solutions Limited is a business-to-business technology-enabled company that simplifies and digitises the procurement of construction materials for developers and contractors. Incorporated as a private company on February 10, 2021, it was converted into a public company and renamed “Arisinfra Solutions Limited” on July 29, 2024. The company’s platform blends on-ground sourcing with digital tools to deliver an end-to-end procurement experience across categories such as aggregates, RMC, steel, cement, construction chemicals and walling solutions. It also offers value‑added services through its subsidiary, ArisUnitern, including project advisory and related solutions, which contributed 3.56% of revenue from operations in Fiscal 2024.

Arisinfra operates across India and has expanded its presence into major cities across North and South India, including Bangalore, Nashik, Noida and Ranchi. The company offers services in more than 18 states and provides features like Live RFQ and real‑time digital document delivery for customers.
