The company is completely owned by Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers Private Limited, which operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of OL. As a subsidiary of OL, BIPL is part of a broader corporate group with extensive experience across various real estate segments. OL's diverse portfolio includes contractual construction, township development, multi-storied apartments, and commercial complexes. Currently, BIPL is executing four major developments across Chandigarh and Mullanpur, Punjab. These projects—which include the International Trade Tower, Omaxe Service Suits hotel, India Trade Tower, and Office Spaces at HIT—encompass a combined saleable area of 1.17 million square feet.
