Viviana Power Tech Limited (VPTL), headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, was incorporated as a private limited company in December 2014 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company. Its name was changed from Viviana Power Tech Private Limited to Viviana Power Tech Limited through a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 14, 2022.
