ALOUD Realty Private Limited (ARPL), incorporated in December 2023 with its registered office in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, forms part of the Pune-based Solitaire group promoted by Mr. Ashok Dhanraj Chordia and Mr. Atul Ashok Chordia, engaged in real estate development. Alongside the Jairaj group (promoted by Jayant Hiralal Shah and Malav Jayant Shah), the group is currently developing Maha Trade Market (MTM), a mixed-use project in Bibewadi, Pune, with a total saleable area of about 1.67 msf comprising roughly 1.55 msf of commercial/retail space and 0.12 msf of residential plotting. Two Jairaj group entities — Jairaj Realty LLP and Jairaj Realty Unit 9 LLP — hold the underlying land in a 22.4% to 77.6% split, and are themselves owned by ARPL (34%, as MTM's development partner within the Solitaire Group), Jayant Hiralal Shah (32.5%), and Malav Jayant Shah (32.5%). Mr. Ashok Dhanraj Chordia, Mr. Ayush Janwar, and Mr. Sumit Ramesh Diwane serve as the company's current directors.
