The MoUs also cover the establishment of a beach sand mineral processing facility, involving a tentative investment of ₹2,000 crore. Separately, the company plans to develop a 3,200 MW ultra-supercritical coal-based thermal power plant in Odisha. These proposals could expand NLC India's presence across power generation and industrial projects, subject to feasibility assessments, approvals and implementation.
