– Segment Dynamics: DET reported revenue of ₹5,816 crores with an EBIT margin of 13.5%; order intake was $836.1 million. During the year, DET witnessed a de-growth in rupee terms while DLM grew 27.6% in rupee terms. 

– Geographic Trends: In FY25, Cyient recorded 7% growth in North America, a 9.4% decline in EMEA, and 3.5% growth in APAC (including India) in US dollar terms. 

– Semiconductor Expansion: The company launched Cyient Semiconductors Private Limited and commenced the carve-out of its global semiconductor business, transferring net assets, contracts, and employees across India, USA, Germany, Belgium, and Taiwan to CSPL and its subsidiaries as approved by the Board on March 31, 2025 .
