Technocraft Ventures shares list at a 34 premium on NSE and BSE

The stellar listing of Technocraft Ventures comes after a highly successful Technocraft Ventures IPO, which saw robust participation from various categories of investors.

Details of Technocraft Ventures IPO Subscription

As per NSE data, bids have been received for 32,17,81,040 equity shares against 83,17,190 shares on offer. Non-institutional investors have shown a strong appetite for subscribing to the IPO with their portion being subscribed 65.06 times. Pre-IPO, the company had received subscriptions amounting to ₹75.55 crore from anchor investors. The IPO was being offered at a price band of ₹200-₹212 per share with lot size of 70 equity shares. Subscriptions could be made in multiples of 70 shares.

Not more than 50% of the issue would be reserved for qualified institutional buyers, at least 15% for non-institutional investors and at least 35% for retail investors.

Why Technocraft Ventures Share Price Is Expected to Perform Well after Listing?

Before listing, Technocraft Ventures IPO was expected to trade in the grey market with a premium of ₹42. Given the upper limit of the price band of ₹212 and considering the GMP, the expected listing price was ₹254, which represented a 19.81% premium over the issue price of ₹212.

However, the performance after listing has turned out to be much better, as Technocraft Ventures stock has been listed at ₹284 on NSE and ₹285 on BSE.

Why Did Technocraft Ventures Stock Witness a Bumper Debut on Listing?

The bumper debut was mainly due to the massive subscription to the IPO, particularly among the non-institutional and institutional investors. The total subscription of 38.69 times indicated strong demand, along with the company's ability to garner subscriptions worth ₹75.55 crore from anchor investors.

In addition to this, the listing price of the stock is considerably higher than the ₹254 price indicated by the GMP, indicating strong demand from investors in the open market as well.

Technocraft Ventures IPO Details and Allocation of Proceeds

Technocraft Ventures IPO consisted of 1.18 crore equity shares, with 95.05 lakh shares under fresh issue and 23.76 lakh shares under offer for sale. In the OFS portion, the promoter entity, Kartikey Constructions, which is a partnership firm, is offering 23.76 lakh equity shares.

The company filed DRHP with SEBI in August 2025 and got approval in December 2025. RHP of the company was filed in July 2025.

Technocraft Ventures has planned to use ₹150 crore of the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards working capital requirements, while the rest would be used for general corporate purposes.
