XtraNet Technologies and Lohia Corp Report Strong Q1 Earnings

XtraNet Technologies reported a strong improvement in its Q1 consolidated performance. The company's net profit surged 77.9% year-on-year to ₹6.04 crore from ₹3.4 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations rose 10.5% to ₹50.5 crore from ₹45.7 crore.

Lohia Corp also posted robust quarterly numbers. Its consolidated net profit jumped nearly 4-fold to ₹66.3 crore from ₹16.9 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue grew 59.5% to ₹503 crore from ₹315.4 crore, reflecting strong growth in the company's operations.

EMS bags ₹190.86 Crore Project

EMS will be in focus after receiving L-1 status from the Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Rajasthan. The company has emerged as the lowest bidder for the construction of a water treatment plant and related ancillary works in Kota.

The estimated value of the project stands at ₹190.86 crore, providing a significant addition to the company's order pipeline.

Autoline Industries Secures Tata Motors Business

Autoline Industries has secured a new business award from Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles for the supply of four critical components for hatchback applications.

The new business is expected to generate annual incremental revenue of around ₹80 crore. In addition, the associated tooling is expected to contribute one-time revenue of approximately ₹30 crore.

HDFC Life Receives Approval for Key Reappointments

HDFC Life Insurance Company will remain on investors' radar after IRDAI approved the reappointment of Vibha Padalkar as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a further term of five years, effective September 12, 2026.

The regulator has also approved the reappointment of Niraj Shah as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for another five years, effective April 26, 2026. The approvals ensure continuity in the company's senior management.

Hyundai Motor India to Raise Prices

Hyundai Motor India has announced plans to increase vehicle prices by up to 1% across its portfolio from September 2026. The actual increase will vary depending on the model and variant.

The company cited rising input and commodity costs, higher operating expenses and continuing geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties as reasons for the price revision.

BSE, Aditya Infotech and Dhenu Buildcon Infra in Focus

BSE has entered into an agreement with MSCI covering several indexes. The exchange will explore the launch of futures and options contracts in India linked to these indexes, subject to regulatory approvals, potentially providing investors with additional opportunities to access and hedge Indian market exposure.

Meanwhile, Aditya Infotech's board has approved raising up to ₹1,500 crore through public issues, qualified institutional placements or other permitted methods.

Dhenu Buildcon Infra will remain under watch after SEBI barred six preferential allottees from disposing of the company's shares following prima facie findings related to alleged round-tripping of funds involving purported loans worth ₹1,000 crore.

Other stocks in focus include Hexaware Technologies, Ramco Systems, Dr Lal PathLabs, Kolte-Patil Developers and United Spirits following business developments, international expansion, management changes and regulatory updates.
