According to a CNBC-TV18 report citing sources, the proposed transaction could be worth around ₹600 crore, with a floor price of ₹550 per share. The potential block deal could result in increased trading activity as market participants assess the impact of the stake sale on the company's shareholding pattern.

Saatvik Green Energy Secures ₹190 Crore Solar Order

Saatvik Green Energy will remain in focus after its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, received an order worth ₹190 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules.

The order has been received from a renowned independent power producer and EPC player. The fresh contract adds to the company's order pipeline and highlights continued business activity in the renewable energy sector.

Torrent Power Announces CFO Transition

Torrent Power has announced a change in its senior management. Saurabh Mashruwala resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Whole-Time Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 20, 2026, due to his planned retirement.

The company's Board subsequently approved the appointment of Vikas Poddar as Chief Financial Officer, Whole-Time Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel, effective August 21, 2026. The management transition will be closely monitored by investors.

KIMS Expands Through Arete Hospitals Agreement

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, or KIMS, has entered into an Operations and Management Agreement with Aurevia Hospitals for an initial period of five years.

Under the agreement, KIMS will run, manage, operate and control Arete Hospitals while providing medical services. The arrangement can be extended for another five years on an exclusive basis.

KIMS has also entered into a Call Option Agreement with Aurevia Hospitals. This provides the company with an option, but not an obligation, to acquire the business in the future if it considers the opportunity suitable. Any potential acquisition would be subject to definitive agreements, terms and pricing.

RailTel Bags ₹164.78 Crore Work Order

RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order worth ₹164.78 crore from Western Coalfields. The project involves establishing an MPLS VPN network on a rental basis for 60 months.

The contract provides RailTel with a fresh business opportunity and could offer revenue visibility over a five-year period.

IndiGo Maintains Market Leadership; Other Stocks in Focus

InterGlobe Aviation's IndiGo continued to dominate India's domestic aviation market in July, commanding a 67.4% market share and carrying 80.82 lakh passengers during the month.

Lemon Tree Hotels expanded its presence in Gujarat with the opening of an 85-room property in Bharuch, marking its 12th operational hotel in the state. Rallis India also announced a key management change, with Bhaskar Swaminathan set to step down as CFO and Sridhar Radhakrishnan appointed as his successor from November 4, 2026.

Meanwhile, Hindustan Aeronautics will remain in focus after NCLT Bengaluru dissolved Infotech HAL, a joint venture in which HAL held a 50% stake.
