Swan Corp Limited (formerly, Swan Energy Limited) is a diversified Indian enterprise with roots dating back to February 22, 1909, when it was incorporated in Bombay as Swan Mills Limited under the erstwhile Indian Companies Act, VI of 1882. The company is listed on BSE and NSE and is headquartered at Ballard Estate, Mumbai . At the standalone level, Swan Corp operates two verticals—Textiles and Construction/Others—while, through its subsidiaries, the Group is active across energy (notably LNG infrastructure), real estate, warehousing, distribution & development, and defence shipbuilding  .

 

Its textile business offers integrated finishing solutions spanning more than 200 fabric types—from 100% cotton to blends like polyester-cotton, linen and viscose—supported by advanced dyeing and printing and a production capacity of 3 million metres per month . Operations include a manufacturing plant at Narol, Ahmedabad, and the registered office in Mumbai .
