Page Industries Limited established its presence in 1994 with its main operations based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Page Industries Limited is the exclusive licensee of Jockey International Inc. (USA) for the manufacture, distribution, and marketing of the JOCKEY® brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives, Bhutan, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE and Saudi Arabia; it is also the sole licensee of Speedo International Ltd. in India for production, marketing and distribution. The business centres on the manufacture of textile garments and clothing accessories, supported by a nationwide footprint of 16 plants and 9 offices in India.
Page Industries Limited Key Milestone Includes
- Capacity expansion and supply-chain modernisation. A new manufacturing unit of 6,50,000 sq ft in Odisha commenced test operations, with in-house raw material warehousing and dedicated facilities for men’s innerwear, socks and elastics.
- Another plant of 2,50,000 sq ft is under construction at KR Pete, Karnataka. The Company is also establishing Regional Distribution Centres and Dark Stores to enhance distribution and consumer experience.
- On the systems side, Page is transitioning to SAP S4HANA and a new distribution and HR platform as part of its digital transformation.

- Capacity expansion: Test operations began at a new 6,50,000 sq ft plant in Odisha, featuring a men’s innerwear unit, socks and elastics facilities, and an in-house quality lab planned for NABL accreditation. A new 2,50,000 sq ft KR Pete plant in Karnataka is under construction, focused on premium men’s innerwear; both facilities are designed for high productivity and employee well-being.
- Distribution infrastructure: Dedicated Regional Distribution Centres and Dark Stores for Jockey and Speedo are being established in the East and West regions to strengthen reach and consumer experience.
