About the Company

K.P.R. Mill Limited is an integrated textile group with operations spanning yarn, fabric processing and garmenting, alongside sugar, co-generation and ethanol businesses. The company manufactures a wide range of textile products: readymade knitted apparel; fabrics; and yarns including 100% cotton combed, carded, compact, red label, cotton–polyester blended mélange and vortex viscose yarns. It also markets an innerwear and athleisure retail line under the FASO brand. K.P.R. serves customers worldwide, exporting to over 60 countries, and employs more than 25,000 people, of whom about 90 Per cent are women. Its 15 manufacturing units include large-scale capacities for yarn (1,00,000 MT cotton and 10,000 MT viscose vortex), fabrics (40,000 MT), and ready-made knitted apparel (127 million pieces), plus fabric processing (30,000 MT) and extensive renewable power—61.92 MW wind, 40.7 MW solar—and sugar plants (20,000 TCD) with ethanol capacity of 510 KLPD. These integrated capabilities support global-quality manufacturing from India, with a strong sustainability focus in processing and energy use .

 

The company operates across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu for spinning, knitting, processing and garmenting, including Sathyamangalam, Karumathampatti, Neelambur, Tirupur and Perundurai.
