Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) is India’s eighth-largest asset-owning hotel chain and a pioneer in the luxury boutique hospitality segment. The company’s journey began with the launch of its flagship hotel in Kolkata in 1967, laying the foundation for a brand built on design, innovation, and cultural vibrancy.

Over the decades, ASPHL has expanded into five distinct hospitality brands—THE Park Hotels, THE Park Collection, Zone by The Park, Zone Connect, and Stop by Zone—catering to guests across luxury, upper midscale, and economy segments.

Complementing its hotel business, ASPHL has a significant footprint in food and beverages (F&B) through its restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Its iconic confectionery brand, Flurys, established in Kolkata in 1927, has evolved into a pan-India chain with 100 outlets across formats such as cafés, kiosks, and tearooms.
