Upon the conversion of the company to a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by its Board on May 29, 2024 and a special resolution passed by its Shareholders on May 30, 2024, the name of the company was changed to ‘Schloss Bangalore Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 3, 2024 was issued by the RoC CPC. Further, after the Board’s approval on August 22, 2025, the name of the company changed from ‘Schloss Bangalore Limited’ to ‘Leela Palaces Hotels Resorts Limited’.The company is a premier player in the Indian luxury hospitality sector, owning, operating, managing and developing world-class hotels and resorts under the prestigious ‘The Leela’ brand.
