What Should Investors Watch in These Stocks?
The key factors differ across companies. For DMart, investors may focus on revenue growth and margin performance. For Can Fin Homes and Poonawalla Fincorp, loan growth, net interest margins and asset quality remain important indicators. Anand Rathi Wealth’s profit and margin trends should be assessed alongside its client inflows and assets under management.
For real estate companies, pre-sales, collections and project launches provide insight into business momentum. Bajel Projects’ order value is a potential business catalyst, but execution timelines and contract economics will determine its eventual financial contribution. PTC Industries’ QIP adds capital to the company, while shareholder lock-in expiries increase the number of shares eligible to be traded, without guaranteeing that investors will sell.
These developments should be evaluated alongside company fundamentals, valuations and broader market conditions. Inclusion in a stocks-to-watch list does not constitute a buy or sell recommendation.
