It is approved by the National Housing Bank (NHB), listed on NSE and BSE, and headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company’s core portfolio centers on housing finance—loans for purchase and construction of homes and flats, composite loans, repairs and upgrades, as well as commercial housing.
