Can Fin Homes Limited (CFHL) is a housing finance company set up under the sponsorship of Canara Bank and incorporated in 1987. It is approved by the National Housing Bank (NHB), listed on NSE and BSE, and headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Over nearly four decades, the company has built a trusted brand focused on enabling easy homeownership for first-time and mid-income borrowers, guided by a “Customer-first” ethos and strong compliance and transparency standards . CFHL operates across India through 234 branches, including Affordable Housing Loan Centres, spanning 21 States and Union Territories; it has no international operations .

The company’s core portfolio centers on housing finance—loans for purchase and construction of homes and flats, composite loans, repairs and upgrades, as well as commercial housing. It also offers a range of non-housing products including mortgage loans, site/plot loans, loans for commercial properties, loans against rent receivables, personal loans, top-up loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Nishchint (loan for pensioners), I‑Secure, and a Rooftop Solar Loan Scheme. CFHL also accepts fixed deposits, complementing its lending portfolio . Management reports that about 70% of the outstanding loan portfolio caters to salaried and professional customers, with the balance to self-employed and non-professional borrowers .
