Lenskart Solutions: ₹2,047 Crore Block Deal in Focus

Lenskart Solutions could remain in focus after Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust reportedly plans to sell up to 3 crore equity shares, representing a 1.7% stake, through a block deal. According to reports citing sources, the deal is valued at ₹2,047.4 crore and has a floor price of ₹682.45 per share. The trust held a 9.77% stake in Lenskart as of June 2026.

RVNL and GR Infraprojects: Railway and Road Projects

Rail Vikas Nigam received a Letter of Acceptance worth ₹404.88 crore from East Coast Railway, adding to its order book.

GR Infraprojects also reported a key project milestone, with the National Highways Authority of India declaring September 7 as the appointed date for its ₹4,262.78 crore Agra-Gwalior Greenfield road project. The development marks the commencement of the project in accordance with the concession terms.

Welspun Enterprises and Refex Industries: New Orders

Welspun Enterprises' subsidiary Welspun Michigan Engineers secured two sewer rehabilitation projects worth ₹351.24 crore from the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. The projects are funded by the World Bank.

Refex Industries secured a ₹160 crore contract for lifting 10 lakh MT of pond ash and fly ash under the Road-cum-Rail mode from a public sector undertaking in Madhya Pradesh.

Knowledge Marine, HEG and Nibe: Contracts and Defence Developments

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works secured its third Green Tug contract from the Mumbai Port Authority. The ₹279.33 crore contract involves construction and hiring of a battery-operated Green Tug for 15 years.

HEG's subsidiary Replus Engitech received orders worth ₹217.56 crore from Indus Towers for supplying lithium-ion battery banks.

Nibe signed an MoU with France's Naval Group covering cooperation across modern naval technologies, including shipbuilding, defence platforms, autonomous underwater systems and naval weapon-launching technologies.

VIP Industries and Mazagon Dock: Fundraising and Shipbuilding Plans

VIP Industries' Board approved a plan to raise ₹500 crore in FY27 through one or more tranches. The proposed fundraising could involve equity, debt securities, convertible securities, depository receipts, FCCBs, warrants, preference shares or other eligible securities.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders signed an MoU with National Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries Park Andhra Pradesh to participate as the Anchor Shipyard in a proposed Greenfield Shipbuilding Industrial Cluster at Dugarajapatnam. The proposed facility targets annual shipbuilding capacity of at least 1.2 million gross tonnes.

JSW Energy, Nestle India and Other Stocks in Focus

JSW Energy's subsidiary JSW Hydro Energy received a favourable APTEL ruling on its IDC claim. APTEL set aside the earlier CERC order and directed the matter back to CERC for a prudence check of the submitted data.

Nestle India clarified that Nan Excella Pro and Lactogen Pro comply with applicable regulations and that their labels were approved by an FSSAI expert committee.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Coforge and Manipal Health Enterprises also remain in focus following a CFO appointment, expanded AI capabilities and redemption of ₹5,310 crore of NCDs, respectively.
