BTST (Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow) refers to a trading approach where shares are bought on one trading day and sold on the next trading day, before they are credited to the Demat account. Under India’s T+1 settlement cycle, shares purchased on a given day are delivered the next trading day, but BTST allows investors to sell them before the actual delivery.
