How do I change my name in Ventura Demat account?

In order to change your name in your Trading and Demat account, We request you to send us the Hard Copies of Aadhar card copy, PAN Card copy, Bank Proof i.e. Cancelled cheque in new name, Marriage certificate ( if any) or gazette copy of name change if any along with the attached modification letter's hard copy to your nearest branch.
