I already have a Demat account with another Broker/Depository Participant? How can I transfer shares to my Ventura Demat account?

If you already have a Demat account with another depository and would like to transfer shares to Ventura, you can do so by filling out a Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) and submitting it to your broker from whom you wish to transfer shares.

You need to fill in the following details:

  1. Securities information.
  2. ISIN number (An ISIN number is a unique 12-digit alpha-numeric identification number allotted for security).
  3. New depository participant's ID.

Post submission of your documents, your broker will send your request to the DP. The DP will then transfer the shares to your Ventura Demat account. This transfer can be completed within 24 hours or by the next business day
