An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of a company's shareholders and its board of directors, held to review the company's financial performance, approve dividends, elect board members, and address shareholder concerns. In India, listed companies are required by SEBI regulations to hold their AGM within six months of the close of the financial year.
