The Embassy group has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Uttar Pradesh government to invest INR 1,500 crore in premium real estate projects in Lucknow. This MoU underscores the growth strategy adopted by the company in high growth urban locations. The said investment would help them to increase their footprint in North India along with meeting the increasing demands of premium property development in the region.
