Adani Group companies schedule FY26 annual general meetings in June 2026

Seven companies belonging to the Adani Group are expected to hold their AGMs during the week for the FY 2025-2026. These seven companies include Adani Ports & SEZ (APSEZ), Adani Enterprises Ltd, Ambuja Cements, Adani Total Gas, Adani Power, Adani Green Energy, and Adani Energy Solutions. The AGMs will be held via VC or OAVM. Shareholders can exercise their voting rights online via CDSL or NSDL portals.

Adani Ports AGM on June 24; ₹7.50 Dividend Proposed

The 27th AGM of Adani Ports and SEZ is scheduled for June 24, 2026, at 12 noon. The board has declared a final dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share which amounts to 375% of the ₹2 face value of the equity share. June 12, 2026, has been kept as the record date as well as cut-off date for identifying the eligible shareholders. Subject to approval, the dividend will be paid on or after June 25, 2026.

The voting cut-off date is June 17, 2026. Voting via CDSL e-voting facility starts from June 20, 2026, at 9 a.m. and ends on June 23, 2026, at 5 p.m. Also, voting will be allowed during the AGM. Shareholders will discuss the adoption of financial statements of FY26, declaration of dividend, re-appointment of director retiring by rotation and approval of statutory auditor’s appointment and remuneration.

Adani Enterprises to Seek Approval for ₹15,000 Crore Capital Raise

The 34th AGM of Adani Enterprises is set for June 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Adani Enterprises had reported an increase of 32% in consolidated profit after tax at ₹9,339 crore for the FY26. The board recommends a final dividend of ₹1.30 per share on June 12, 2026.

The major issues to be addressed include adoption of annual accounts, the the reappointment of Rajesh S. Adani as director, fixing of remuneration of statutory auditors, approval of related party transactions specified in the notice, and sanction for issuance of shares up to ₹15,000 crore by all means. Shareholders who are eligible as on June 17, 2026, may vote through CDSL from June 20 to June 23.

Ambuja Cements Announces ₹2 Dividend

The 43rd Annual General Meeting of Ambuja Cements will take place on June 26, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. There will be a vote on the adoption of FY26 accounts and a dividend of ₹2 per share, 100% of the face value. The record date and ex-dividend date was June 12, 2026, and the date of dividend payment, if any, will be from July 1, 2026.

Voting will close on June 19, 2026, with e-voting being enabled on CDSL from June 23 to June 25, 2026. Other resolutions to be voted on include directors' reappointment, matters relating to statutory auditors, and cost auditor remuneration.

Adani Total Gas, Adani Power, Adani Green and AESL AGMs on June 25

The 21st AGM of Adani Total Gas will be held on June 25, 2026, at 5 p.m. Adani Total Gas posted 4% year-on-year growth in standalone Q4 FY26 profit at ₹156 crore, where revenues increased 16% to ₹1,696 crore, and EBITDA increased by 13% to ₹310 crore. In addition, the consolidated Q4 profit increased by 9% to ₹168 crore; however, full-year consolidated profit fell 2% to ₹637 crore. The Board has approved the final dividend of ₹0.25 per share with the record date being June 12. NSDL e-voting will be open from June 21 to June 24 for shareholders of record as on June 18.

Adani Power: will hold its 30th AGM on June 25 at 2:30 p.m. The following agenda items will be taken up at the meeting – the approval of FY26 financial statements and reappointment of Gautam S. Adani & Anil Sardana as directors

The 11th AGM of Adani Green Energy Ltd will be held on June 25 at 10:00 a.m. No dividend recommendation has been made by the company for FY26. June 18 acts as the record date and voting cut-off date for the firm, while e-voting through NSDL will be open from June 21 to June 24.

The 13th AGM of Adani Energy Solutions Ltd will be held on June 25 at 12:30 p.m. The record and voting cut-off dates are June 18. Voting shall include the reappointment of rotational directors and the appointment and remuneration of statutory and cost auditors. CDSL e-voting will continue to be open from June 21 to June 24.
