Overall revenue stood at Rs 35,545 crore, with international markets contributing over 70% and North America alone accounting for 40%.

The Railway Equipment Division, acquired in 2025, added a new non-automotive vertical with Rs 9,128 crore revenue during FY 2024-25 under Escorts Kubota. This business includes brakes, couplers, suspension systems, friction products, and electrical panels.
The late Sunjay Kapur, who passed away in June 2025, was designated Chairman Emeritus, recognised for his pivotal role in the company’s global expansion and transformation.
