The brand platforms of Sapphire Foods work to make their products accessible while promoting digital usage. During FY 2024-25 KFC restaurants received 37% of their customers through dine-in while delivery and takeaway represented 42% and 21% of their total traffic respectively and Pizza Hut restaurants obtained 33% dine-in customers along with 51% delivery and 16% takeaway orders. As of March 31 2025 the restaurant network operated 502 KFC locations in 131 Indian towns while maintaining 334 Pizza Hut outlets in 80 Indian towns together with 127 Sri Lankan restaurants across 74 towns. The company’s performance charts include Maldives restaurants within their total numbers during past years as noted in the footnotes.
