It is one of PepsiCo’s largest franchisees globally (the second-largest outside the US), engaged in manufacturing, selling, bottling and distribution of PepsiCo beverages across pre-defined territories in India and multiple international markets.

Products and services include Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Mirinda, 7UP, Sting, Rockstar, Tropicana, Slice, Gatorade, Aquafina and Lipton Ice Tea; VBL also manages brands such as Refreshhh, Coo-ee, Jive, Refreshhh Aquaclear, Reboost Energy and value-added dairy-based beverages under the licensed “Cream Bell” trademark (ambient) in select markets. In snacks, VBL distributes Frito-Lay, Doritos and Cheetos in Morocco, and is progressing manufacturing and distribution plans for Simba Munchiez in Zambia and Zimbabwe.
VBL’s operating footprint in India covers franchises across 26 states and 6 union territories. Internationally, the company operates with franchise rights in 9 countries and distribution rights in 4 countries. As of December 31, 2024, VBL operated 36 beverage manufacturing plants and 3 backward-integration plants in India, supported by a nationwide network of offices, depots and warehouses .
