Pursuant to a special resolution of its Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 13, 2024 the company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of the company was changed to ‘Rajputana Biodiesel Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 08, 2024 was issued to the company by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar.The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying of bio-fuels and its by-products namely glycerine and fatty acids. It intends to add value to its by-products and explore the export potential of bio-diesel.
