As on March 31, 2025, the Group has 18 subsidiaries (including overseas and step-down entities). Notable brand milestones include growing DAAWAT’s household reach in India to 56.2 lakh homes (MAT Mar’25).

LT Foods manufactures and markets Basmati and other speciality rice, organic staples and value-added packaged foods for consumers and institutions. It operates in 80+ countries with a strong distribution and manufacturing backbone.
In FY 2025, Basmati and Other Speciality Rice contributed 86% of revenue, Organic Foods and Ingredients 11%, Convenience and Health 2% and Others 1%. By geography, India accounted for 30%, North America 41%, Continental Europe 19% and Middle East & RoW 10%.
As on March 31, 2025, LT Foods has 18 subsidiaries. The latest year saw expansion through a new UK facility and new entities in the Middle East, along with consolidation of ownership in key subsidiaries.
