The Company pioneered GPON FTTH among Indian MSOs, has 6.3 million home passes, 1.06 million broadband subscribers, and an estimated fiber network of approximately 85,000 kms as at March 31, 2025, while its wholly owned subsidiary, Hathway Digital Limited (HDL), operates 7 headends with roughly 38,000 kms of fiber reaching 4.9 million viewers in about 700 towns. Operations span India with CATV delivered directly and through fellow subsidiaries/JVs, including GTPL Hathway Limited as an associate, enabling combined delivery of CATV and Broadband in certain markets. As on FY 2024-25, the Company reported standalone operating revenue of Rs 602.10 crore and consolidated operating revenue of Rs 2,039.70 crore, with consolidated total comprehensive profit at Rs 92.70 crore. The Company had 303 employees (HCDL) and 212 employees (HDL) on roll as at March 31, 2025, and continues to enhance service experience via automation, AI chatbots, Wi‑Fi band steering ONUs, and rapid installations.
