About Indus Towers Limited 

Indus Towers Limited is India’s largest telecom tower infrastructure company, deploying, owning, operating and managing passive infrastructure that telecom operators share under long-term contracts. Incorporated on November 30, 2006, the Company received its certificate of commencement on April 10, 2007, listed its shares on December 28, 2012, and, following a scheme of amalgamation becoming effective on November 19, 2020, changed its name from Bharti Infratel Limited to Indus Towers Limited on December 10, 2020 . Indus offers a nationwide footprint across all 22 telecommunication circles, with operations present across 36 States and Union Territories in India  . – Strategic portfolio expansion: Indus acquired over 12,000 towers and associated passive infrastructure from Bharti Airtel in 2024–25, adding macro and lean sites as well as COWs, and creating opportunities for increasing sharing on this portfolio .

– Energy sourcing initiatives: The Company entered a Power Purchase Agreement with JSW Green Energy Eight Limited for 130 MW of captive solar power, committing an equity investment of approximately Rs 38.03 crore for a 26 per cent stake; it also agreed to acquire 26 per cent in Amplus Tungabhadra Private Limited for a 50 MW captive solar plant for approximately Rs 27 crore.
