Frontier Springs operates primarily across three divisions:

1. Springs Division – Specializes in coil springs, which are used extensively in Indian Railways and OEMs both domestically and internationally. The division has made significant strides in increasing its product range to include suspension systems, vital for the growing demand for LHB coaches.

2. Air Spring Division – In response to the modernization of Indian Railways, this division manufactures air suspension systems for LHB coaches, contributing to better ride quality and operational performance.

3. Forging Division – Focuses on producing critical components such as Anti-Roll Bar Assemblies and Draft Gear Assemblies. The division has expanded with the installation of a 6-tonne hammer for manufacturing high-value forgings.

• Revenue Growth: In FY25, the company achieved a revenue of Rs 231.34 crore, marking a 70.8% year-on-year increase. This growth is attributed to higher demand for coil springs and air springs, driven by Indian Railways’ modernization programs.

• Capacity Expansion: Frontier Springs invested Rs 13.64 crore in FY25 to enhance its capacity across all three business segments. The 6-tonne hammer installation has particularly strengthened its forging capabilities.

• Profitability: EBITDA surged to Rs 49.66 crore, reflecting a significant improvement in margins from 15.3% in FY24 to 21.5% in FY25. The profit after tax (PAT) increased by 166.93% to Rs 34.66 crore.
