Pursuant to a special resolution passed by its Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 01, 2009, the name of the company was changed to ‘Envirotech Systems Private Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 10, 2009 was issued to the company by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana.
