The Byke Hospitality Limited is a public limited Indian hospitality company incorporated in 1990, with its Registered and Corporate Office in Andheri (East), Mumbai. Listed on the BSE, NSE and MSE, the Company has built a legacy of over 34 years in the hoteliering industry.

The Byke is widely recognised as India’s first Pure Vegetarian chain of hotels and resorts, offering guests authentic vegetarian hospitality and an experience rooted in comfort, culture and quality. Its portfolio includes properties across metropolitan, Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, as well as key leisure destinations. Mumbai and Delhi remain central operational hubs.

The Company operates two restaurant brands—‘Farm Fresh’ and ‘Spice Lounge’—that offer a wide variety of Indian and global vegetarian cuisines. Across its properties, The Byke maintains rigorous FSSAI-aligned standards of hygiene, food safety, cleanliness and staff training. To strengthen its guest engagement, the Company is enhancing its digital presence through a loyalty programme under implementation and data-driven personalised offerings.

All operations are based in India, with no international segments. The Company has no subsidiaries, associates or joint ventures.
