BKT’s core portfolio comprises OHT and rubber tracks designed for demanding terrains, supported by vertically integrated capabilities. These include a 200,000 MTPA in-house carbon black facility and a newly commissioned 30,000 MTPA advanced carbon material line at Bhuj. The company is also expanding into Premium Passenger Car Radial (PCR) and Commercial Vehicle Radial (CVR) tires through a modular, phased approach, with initial product lines launched in select markets.

Its manufacturing footprint spans Waluj (Maharashtra), Bhiwadi/Chopanki (Rajasthan), and Bhuj (Gujarat). The flagship Bhuj complex also houses carbon black production, a dedicated R&D ecosystem, and testing facilities with six specialized test tracks. In addition, BKT operates a mould plant at Bhuj, a drum manufacturing unit at Dombivli (Maharashtra), and a wind farm at Jaisalmer (Rajasthan). Off-Highway Tires (OHT): The cornerstone vertical, serving agriculture, construction, mining (OTR), and industrial applications. In FY2024–25, sales by industry vertical were Agriculture 59.9%, OTR 36.6%, and Others 3.5%. Channel mix was Replacement 72.8%, OEM 25.7%, and Others 1.5%.

Carbon Black: BKT produces carbon black primarily for internal consumption, while also scaling third-party sales. Installed capacity stands at 200,000 MTPA, augmented by a 30,000 MTPA advanced carbon material facility commissioned during the year.

New Categories (PCR/CVR): BKT has begun entering Premium Passenger Car Radial and Commercial Vehicle Radial tires through a phased rollout. Initial lines have launched in select markets, with a CVR pilot slated for Q4 FY2025–26.

Revenue by Geography (FY2025): Europe 45.1%, India 28.6%, Americas 15.2%, and Rest of World 11.1%. Region-wise revenue stood at: India ₹3,044.22 crore, Europe ₹4,544.34 crore, North America ₹1,861.38 crore, and Others ₹997.01 crore, totaling ₹10,446.95 crore.
