The transaction is expected to be worth around ₹1,985 crore, with an offer price of ₹235 per share. A large promoter stake sale could influence the stock's near-term trading activity and investor sentiment.
E2E Networks
E2E Networks has entered into a binding term sheet with an India-based Sovereign AI company for providing NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services. The arrangement carries an estimated contract value of approximately ₹1,000 crore and is expected to continue until June 2029. The long-term contract could provide greater revenue visibility for the AI cloud infrastructure company.
Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri
Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (TBZ) is in focus after GRT Jewellers India signed an agreement to acquire a 74.12% stake in the jewellery retailer from its promoters for up to ₹1,033.71 crore. GRT Jewellers will also launch an open offer for approximately 26% of TBZ, potentially resulting in a change in control and ownership structure.
Happiest Minds Technologies
Happiest Minds Technologies is another key stock to watch following a significant strategic transaction involving ITC Infotech. Promoters Ashok Soota and Ashok Soota Medical Research LLP have agreed to sell 3.36 crore shares, representing a 22.106% stake, to ITC Infotech for ₹1,329.7 crore. Separately, the board has approved the amalgamation of Happiest Minds with ITC Infotech. Under the proposed merger, ITC Infotech will issue 25 shares for every 81 shares held in Happiest Minds.
Cipla
Cipla has entered into an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group, a subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical, for TQB2102, also known as Rolditamig Deuderuxtecan. Cipla will receive exclusive rights to develop and commercialise the potential HER2 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate in India, South Africa and five other emerging markets. The agreement strengthens Cipla's presence in the oncology segment.
Brigade Enterprises and NLC India
Brigade Enterprises has announced its entry into Coimbatore through a 5.4-acre residential development under a joint development agreement. The project has an estimated gross development value of approximately ₹600 crore.
Meanwhile, NLC India Renewables, a subsidiary of NLC India, has incorporated a 51:49 joint venture with the Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency. The venture will focus on setting up green energy power plants.
PVR Inox and NCC
PVR Inox has received board approval for a share buyback of up to 20.69 lakh equity shares, amounting to ₹300 crore, at ₹1,450 per share. The buyback announcement could remain a key trigger for the stock.
NCC also remains in focus after receiving three orders worth a combined ₹430.19 crore during August, all related to its buildings division.
Kotak Mahindra Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank could see investor attention following reports that it has recommended executive directors Anup Saha and Paritosh Kashyap to the Reserve Bank of India as potential successors to CEO Ashok Vaswani.
