Aster DM Quality Care in Focus on Likely Block Deal
Aster DM Quality Care may remain in focus after reports that Centella Mauritius Holdings, a TPG affiliated entity, will likely offload 7.2 percent stake in the company through a block deal.
As per CNBC-TV18, the floor price for the said transaction has been fixed at Rs 766.1 per share. Centella Mauritius Holdings (CMH) had a 9.9 percent stake in Aster DM Quality Care as of June 2026. RailTel, Krystal and Atlanta Electricals Secure New Orders
RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order worth Rs 166.8 crore from Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation. The state-owned telecom infrastructure service provider has received a new order for implementation of its enterprise solutions for the EPFO.
Krystal Integrated Services secured a work order of Rs 134 crore from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation for provision of integrated facility management services. As per the contract, Krystal will provide integrated facility management services in the identified areas of Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar for a period of three years.
Atlanta Electricals has received letter of intent (LOI) from Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation. The company will provide engineering, design, manufacturing, testing and commissioning solutions for 12 units of 160 MVA, 220/132 kV autotransformers.
Interarch Building Solutions received an order worth Rs 128 crore for manufacturing, supplying and erecting pre-engineered steel building solution for a leading global FMCG major.
Exide Industries Steps Up Investment in Lithium-Ion Business
Exide Industries has allocated Rs 200 crore to its wholly-owned subsidiary Exide Energy Solutions through rights issue. As a result, the total investment by Exide Industries in Exide Energy Solutions Limited (EESL) has touched Rs 5,102.23 crore.
As per the official release, this allocation of funds is part of the additional funding of up to Rs 1,400 crore approved by the Board for setting up a greenfield, multi-gigawatt lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility in India. It may be noted that the additional investment would not alter the shareholding pattern of Exide Industries in EESL.
Hindustan Zinc Advances Renewable Energy Push
Hindustan Zinc has augmented the proportion of renewable power in its total power consumption to 22 percent as against 18 percent in FY26. As per the company, it aims to scale up the share of renewable energy to about 70 percent of its total requirement by FY28.
It may be recalled that the company had been focusing on renewable energy to meet its target of reducing carbon emission by 50 percent by FY28.
Jubilant Ingrevia, HG Infra and ONGC Also in Focus
Jubilant Ingrevia has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 40 percent strategic stake in Zettaone Technologies India for consideration amount of Rs 189.2 crore. Post-closing of the deal, Zettaone Technologies India will be reckoned as an associate company of Jubilant Ingrevia.
HG Infra Engineering has received letter of intent from REC Power Development and Consultancy for execution of substation and allied transmission work in Uttar Pradesh.
ONGC has commissioned gas evacuation facilities at Khoraghat GGS-1 in Assam. It has been projected that the newly commissioned infrastructure would facilitate the processing and evacuation of associated gas from the field through the North East Gas Grid. Thereby, it would utilise nearly 1 lakh SCM of gas per day from the company’s Jorhat asset.
Ducon Infratechnologies will remain in spotlight after securing a contract to execute forced cooling network system for potlines at a major aluminium smelting plant in India.
