The newly signed deal is intended to facilitate the process of modernization of GF’s enterprise IT through the use of AI-based managed services and automation.
Infosys to Manage End-to-End IT Operations
In accordance with the expanded deal, Infosys will assume full accountability for managing the enterprise-wide applications, infrastructures, data, and service desk services of GF. This alliance represents a huge shift for GF in terms of their approach towards IT operations, whereby the company will transition from external IT support to a managed services solution using AI technology.
