Suryoday Small Finance Bank: ₹200 crore fundraising plan

Suryoday Small Finance Bank's board has approved raising up to ₹200 crore through Lower Tier II non-convertible debentures. Pine Labs: Potential 4.3% stake sale

Pine Labs could see increased trading activity after reports indicated that Mastercard Asia-Pacific may sell approximately 4.97 crore shares, equivalent to around 4.3% of the fintech company's equity, through a block deal. Reports have indicated a floor price of ₹179.50 per share for the proposed transaction.

Lloyds Metals and GRSE: Expansion plans

Lloyds Metals and Energy has approved investments to expand its direct reduced iron capacity, while the company is also planning a ₹1,550 crore NCD issue. Meanwhile, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has approved a ₹2,896 crore capital budget for a greenfield shipyard at Raichak in West Bengal. The proposed facility is intended to increase the company's shipbuilding capacity across naval and commercial segments.

Pace Digitek and Waaree Energies: Order wins

Pace Digitek's subsidiary Lineage Power has secured a ₹488.46 crore order from NTPC GE Power Services for a battery energy storage system project. Waaree Energies, meanwhile, has received an order to supply 2 GW of solar modules to a leading domestic solar developer. Both developments highlight ongoing activity in India's renewable energy and energy-storage segments.

Allcargo Global and Lumino Industries

Allcargo Global reported an August LCL cargo-volume decline of 7% YoY to 7.11 lakh cubic metres, with the company continuing to reduce loss-making shipping routes. In contrast, Lumino Industries reported strong Q1 growth, with net profit rising 32.4% to ₹40 crore, revenue increasing 19.3% to ₹521.4 crore, and EBITDA climbing 34.6% to ₹70.9 crore.
