The company also completed the acquisition of 130-room Welcomhotel Ahmedabad, which commenced operations as an owned property on September 1, 2026.

Why ITC Hotels shares jumped nearly 8%?
ITC Hotels shares saw strong buying interest post the announcement of its quarterly earnings on October 26.
The shares hit an intraday high of ₹168.50 on the NSE, up nearly 7.85% from its previous close of ₹156.25.
The rally was driven by stronger profitability, higher operating margins and improved occupancy levels.
But the stock surrendered some of the gains and settled at ₹164.40 on the BSE, up around 5.2% for the session.
The Road Ahead for ITC Hotels?
Domestic tourism, business travel, weddings and corporate events are supporting India’s hospitality sector.
Higher occupancy and room rates are key for profitability, while an expanding property pipeline at ITC Hotels may support future growth in revenues.
But rising operating expenses, competition and the capital required for expansion of owned properties are factors to watch.
Q2FY27 results reflect revenue growth and improved operating efficiency. "Future performance will depend on hotel demand, new property additions and the company's ability to maintain margins."
