CONCOR announces its fifth bonus issue since 2008, the most recent being a 1:4 bonus; check full bonus history.
Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) shares were trading at ₹718.55, down 2.63% on May 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM, following the announcement of its Q4 and full-year FY25 results, along with dividend and bonus declarations.
For FY25, CONCOR reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹8,887.02 crore, compared to ₹8,653.41 crore in FY24. This reflects a modest year-on-year growth. The company's Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹1,259.70 crore, up 2.2% from ₹1,232.04 crore in the previous year.
For Q4FY25, CONCOR reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹2,287.83 crore, compared to ₹2,325.13 crore in Q4FY24. This reflects a dip in the core revenue. The company's Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹287.69 crore, declined by 4.5% from ₹301.25 crore in the previous year.
The EXIM (Export-Import) segment continued to be the major contributor to the company’s revenue. The segment registered a 3.3% increase in revenue, rising from ₹5,554.33 crore in FY24 to ₹5,734.02 crore in FY25. On the other hand, the domestic segment showed a marginal increase, with revenue growing by 1.7% to ₹3,153 crore, up from ₹3,099.08 crore in the previous year.
While the asset base for the EXIM segment remained largely unchanged, the domestic segment saw a 14% rise in segment assets, indicating increased investment and growth potential in the domestic logistics space.
The company has announced a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share of face value ₹5 for FY25. This final dividend comes in addition to the interim dividends declared earlier in the year:
This brings the total dividend for FY25 to ₹11.50 per share.
In a move to reward shareholders, the Board has approved a bonus share issue in the ratio of 1:4. This means shareholders will receive one bonus share for every four shares held. The issuance is subject to shareholder approval through a postal ballot, and the record date will be announced at a later time.
