Indian benchmark indices continued to slide on Tuesday as investors prepared for fresh US tariffs taking effect from August 27. By 12 PM, the BSE Sensex had dropped 569 points, or 0.70%, to 81,063, while the NSE Nifty 50 was trading 168 points lower, down 0.67%, at 24,799.
Arisinfra Solutions Ltd, through its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions, has partnered with Merusri Developers to launch “Merusri Sunscape,” a luxury villa project on IVC Road, Bengaluru, with a GDV of over ₹250 crore.

Arisinfra Solutions Ltd announced the launch of Merusri Sunscape, a boutique villa development on IVC Road, through its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Unitern) in collaboration with Bengaluru-based Merusri Developers.
Spread across 5.5 acres, the project covers a total development area of 2.75 lakh sq. ft. with 2.35 lakh sq. ft. of saleable space and is projected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of more than ₹250 crore.
The launch will begin with a Channel Partner (CP) meet on August 27–28, expected to attract over 500 partners, followed by the official public unveiling on August 30. Merusri Sunscape will offer 76 villas, of which 52 units form part of Phase 1. The villas, designed in 3- and 4-BHK formats, range in size from 2,410 sq. ft. to 3,850 sq. ft. The remaining 24 villas will be introduced in later phases.
Unitern will oversee the full project lifecycle, including construction, operations monitoring, sales, CRM, collections, and final handover. The project has secured RERA approval, achieved full financial closure, and is expected to be completed within 30–36 months.
The Arisinfra Solutions share price was trading in negative territory. As of 12:01 pm IST, the stock price was trading at ₹148.19 per share, down by 0.46%.
