• Strategic Partnerships and Innovation: In FY 2024-25, Tata Elxsi launched the Tata Elxsi + NI Mobility Innovation Centre (TENMIC) in Bengaluru to accelerate innovation in software-defined vehicles (SDVs), autonomous systems, and battery technologies. The Company also secured a US$ 50 Million multi-year contract with a European global OEM for SDV platform development and vehicle engineering.

• Expansion and New Ventures: Tata Elxsi launched the Suzuki–Tata Elxsi Offshore Development Centre in Pune, which focuses on advancing green mobility with lightweight design and next-gen powertrains. Additionally, a strategic partnership with Skanray was established to develop software platforms for enhanced surgical imaging.

• Sustainability and Technological Advancements: The Company successfully achieved a 64% reduction in GHG emissions intensity and transitioned 51% of its total electricity use to renewable energy. Tata Elxsi continues to pursue its goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2030.
