Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd (TAAL) is a public limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company manufactures and sells parts and components for the aviation industry and provides Airfield & Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and allied services.

The Company’s aircraft manufacturing and maintenance facilities are located at Belagondapalli, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu.

Subsidiaries: TAAL has one subsidiary, Katra Auto Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (100% owned), which is yet to commence operations.
